Hello and welcome to the first week of August. School will be starting back up soon and for a lot of people that means getting the home organized for the start of a new school year. It’s also a great time to redecorate your children’s rooms and home work spaces. It can something as simple as a small refresh of details like switch plates, drawer knobs and coat hooks to a total redo of everything. It’s up to you and your child.
This week our featured website is the site for the magazine House Trends – Your Destination for Inspiration. This magazine is based here in Dayton Ohio and also has issues printed for Cincinnati, Columbus, Pittsburgh & Tampa Bay. The website and print version both feature a plethora of design and remodeling tips and ideas for every area in your home. Now on to this week’s special: This week has been the start of 15% 
off a A la Mode decorative switch plates. A la Mode features unique urban, hip designs that are a blend of mod, retro, whimsical and funky. Each switch plate is individually decoupaged by hand in Rhode Island and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
